Operations Product Executive (OPS TECH)

Role Purpose:
• Contribute to the development and operation of internal tools supporting daily business activities.
• Manage data and prepare reports to support business and accounting analysis.
• Apply AI and automation tools to optimize efficiency, reduce human intervention, and improve accuracy.
1. YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Tool Development & Implementation:
• Gather requirements, write detailed PRDs, and maintain the product backlog.
• Work with engineering teams to clarify business logic and technical requirements.
• Break down tasks, set priorities, and follow up on delivery.
• Track project progress and unblock issues raised by engineers during development.
• Participate in feature testing and prepare user documentation.
• Monitor tool performance after launch and resolve incidents when needed.
• Log bugs and change requests into the backlog.
• For small features, independently build and maintain internal tools.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
• Support building a data warehouse (e.g. AWS Redshift) and ETL pipelines from production databases.
• Monitor data pipelines and perform data validation to ensure accuracy.
• Build dashboards and reports using SQL and Metabase.
• Monitor data usage and propose enhancements.
AI Application & Workflow Automation:
• Actively use AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Retool), and workflow automation (e.g. n8n) - active practice, not just familiarity.
• Propose and implement automation solutions for data processing, customer segmentation, and business analysis.
• Gather user feedback to continuously improve tools and processes.
