Preparing and responding to rate inquiries (deal within Supplier & Customer).
做报价表、回复询价(面对供应商和客户)
Keep records of all inquiries/quotation for reference.保存所有询价/报价的记录以供参考。
Liaise with customer and carrier/Agent in relation to booking shipment, SI submission, VGM submission, BL confirmation, collection BL from carrier, and courier BL to customer.

• Basic understanding of operation process flow of international freight forwarding
对国际货运代理业务流程的基本理解
• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.良好的口头和书面沟通能力以及人际交往能力。
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
具有对多项任务同时处理和进行优先级排序工作的能力。
• Result oriented, process driven, self-discipline, well groomed结果导向,流程管控,自律,具有良好的工作仪容仪表。
*** Education - Diploma and above教育背景:本科及以上
• Computer literacy - MS Office, Excel, Power point
