Grow and manage high-performing 1 team with size 3-5 members, to satisfy the customer.
Maintain and enhance communication with key stakeholders, including clients, company's management, team members.
Under supported by Account Manager or Project Manager, travel to Japan to meet with clients and show the ability to get new project as needed.
Identify areas for operational improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team. This could involve optimizing workflows, or refining communication protocols.
Play a key role in team management, including mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. This responsibility also involves regular evaluations of team performance
