* 日系旅行代理店での旅行関連事項、ビジネスサポート、労働許可、ビザ手配など。
* 顧客応対および販売サポート:
- メールやチャットで日本人およびベトナム人の顧客に対応し、ホテル、車両、フライト、ビザの販売と手配を行います。
- 日本の旅行会社からの手配依頼が入った時に、マニュアルに沿ってメールやチャットでの手配回答の通知などの対応。
- ホテル、車両、航空券、ビザの手配。
- 日本法人担当(日系・外資企業が多い)日本人から、航空券やホテル手配依頼がきた場合の顧客対応。
- すでに流れができているものの対応。
- ベトナム法人担当(日系・外資企業が多い)ベトナム人から航空券やホテル手配依頼がきた場合の顧客対応。
- すでに流れができているものの対応。
- その他、日本人上司のアシスタント業務。
-どれを担当していただくかは、本人の経験やチーム内のバランスを見て配属させていただきます。

* Customer Relations & Sales Support:
- Responding to Japanese and Vietnamese customers via email and chat, arranging hotels, vehicles, flights, and visas.
- Handling requests from Japanese travel agencies by responding to inquiries and notifications via email or chat according to the manual.
- Arranging hotels, vehicles, airline tickets, and visas.
- Customer support for requests from Japanese corporations (mainly Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies) for airline tickets or hotel bookings.
- Handling cases with established processes.
- Customer support for requests from Vietnamese corporations (mainly Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies) for airline tickets or hotel bookings.
- Handling cases with established processes.
- Additional duties include assisting Japanese managers.
- The specific tasks assigned will depend on the individual's experience and team balance.
