1. Channel Strategy & Execution
-Customer & Partner Support: Develop and execute tailored trade marketing programs in collaboration with brand partners (brand representatives, marketing teams) as well as customers, ensuring product priority in customer catalogs and points of sale (POS).
-Showroom Excellence: Coordinate with partners and customers to design, implement, and manage physical product branding across in-house showrooms and customer showrooms, including POSM, signage, and live demonstration areas.
-Budget Management: Own the planning, monitoring, and control of trade marketing budgets to ensure effective execution and cost efficiency.
2. Trade Shows & Live Events
-Exhibition Management: Lead the planning and execution of industry trade shows
-Live Demos: Coordinate with corporate chefs to organize product demonstrations and "test-drive" events for potential B2B clients.
3. Sales Enablement & Trade Content Execution
-Develop trade and sales support materials (catalogue, product one-pagers, key features, "Why Buy" guides, basic comparison charts).
- Adapt materials to support different sales models (project sales, chain F&B, dealers/distributors).
- Create fast-turnaround sales content:
• Shoot and edit short videos (product introduction, quick demos).
• Write short scripts or bullet-point outlines for sales videos.
• Edit photos and videos using simple editing tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.).
- Deliver timely content for Sales and dealer communication channels.
4. Market Intelligence
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' pricing, promotional activities, and new product launches within the kitchen equipment space.
- Customer Insights: Analyze
purchasing trends in the hospitality, FnB, and education sectors to identify new growth opportunities.
5. Report
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and based on approved budget and plan.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales Operations. Experience in the Foodservice, Hospitality industries is highly preferred.
- University or BA Degree
- English both speaking and writing fluency
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to shoot and edit simple videos using a smartphone, and create quick content to support Sales.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
