Mô tả công việc
As Organizational Development Manager at a large foreign corporation (3000+ headcount), you will be responsible for design and delivery of people + organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization's strategic and operational plans. These strategies translate to impactful interventions that enable/ support continuous organizational improvement thereby ensuring a high-performance culture.
1. Organizational Development (OD) Strategy and Implementation
OD Design: Lead the design of OD strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals, with a focus on shaping organizational behaviors and culture to support high performance.
OD Program Delivery: Execute OD initiatives that drive continuous organizational improvement, integrating solutions that foster a culture of learning, innovation, and diversity.
2. Organizational Change Management
Change Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies to support a high-performance culture, embedding values of continuous improvement and inclusivity.
Performance Frameworks: Support performance improvement through initiatives like behavioral competency frameworks and 360-degree feedback, to reinforce desired behaviors.
3. Performance Improvement
Diagnostics and Benchmarking: Conduct internal diagnostics and system reviews to identify performance gaps, and apply external benchmarks to devise effective solutions.
Resource Optimization: Manage internal or external resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of OD initiatives.
4. Event Design and Facilitation
Workshops and In-House Events: Design and lead workshops and other in-house events to foster team alignment and support OD objectives.
5. Leadership Development
Leadership Needs Assessment: Identify areas for leadership development, designing and implementing programs that strengthen critical leadership competencies.
Facilitation Expertise: Leverage advanced facilitation skills to conduct impactful leadership development sessions.
6. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
Internal Communications Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications team to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging around OD initiatives organization-wide.

Yêu cầu
- Education & Experience: Bachelor/Master/PhD's degree in HR, Business, or related fields; minimum 5 years of managerial experience, ideally in OD, Learning & Development, or Change Management (HR-BP experience preferred).
- Skills: Expertise in leadership development design, stakeholder management, time management, and multi-tasking. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; adept at conveying technical and business insights across all levels.
- Process Orientation: Solid understanding of business practices, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Knowledge & Experience:
Organizational Development: Proven track record in OD, change management, and culture development. Knowledgeable in L&D, management, and talent development.
Project Delivery: Success in implementing OD projects and facilitating major organizational change.
Continuous Improvement: Commitment to acting as a change agent with experience in sustained organizational enhancement.
- Skills & Personal Qualities:
Interpersonal & Influencing Skills: Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication abilities.
Project Management & Diagnosis: Skilled in project planning, data analysis, trend identification, and solution implementation.
Change & Facilitation: Proficient in change management, event facilitation, and coaching/mentoring.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, pragmatic, and results-oriented with a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
- Skills: Expertise in leadership development design, stakeholder management, time management, and multi-tasking. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
