Mô tả công việc
- In charge of coordinating HR-related projects, HR-related Audit/Verification/Recertification;
- Outline strategies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion, of which gender is a prominent feature within the factory to achievegender equality objectives;
- Identify country-wide training needs and develop country-wide training plans;
- Plan the design, development and launch of Company/HR workshops.
- Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field of employee development /engagement and organization development.
- Hands-on experience in footwear manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Good command of English skills (4 skills);
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office;
- Strong communication skills; Presentation and Public speaking skills; Networking skills;
- Good at Business & Organization Comprehension, Critical & Creative Thinking, Good Planning & Organization skills.
- Traits to succeed in this role: Can-do attitude, highly adaptability, Continuous improvement mindset; Life-long learning will; Conscientiousness; Accountability
