1. Business Analysis
- Study requirements of business processes.
- Business Impact analysis and work with IT / business stakeholders for analysing Front-end systems relating to customer's banking transaction (such as payment, fee collection, etc.) and internal reports.
- Prepare, analyze and reiew documents related to business requirement, system requirements and business workflow.
- Coordinate, prepare, review test plan and test cases & conduct UAT
- Work with relevant stakeholders to handle data migration and data reconciliation tasks, revision of user manuals/ internal operations procedures, etc.
- Participate in regular meetings & respond to inquiry by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
2. Other tasks:
- Support with data management & reporting
- Support coordination tasks for customer-related events & general admin tasks
- Other tasks assigned by Department Head/Team head/MGT
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or relevant discipline;
- Good background in
software engineering, proven analytical background is given priority;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, basic banking business analysis/ reporting;
- Good command in English (4 skills);
- Advance skill in using Microsoft Office, banking reporting system.
