- Graduating 4th year students who major in Accounting from National Economic University, Academy of Finance, Banking Academy, Foreign Trade University or Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Good command of English (writing, reading, speaking, and listening)
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word and Outlook)
- Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
- Enthusiastic, demonstrate a "can do" and "team working" attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
