Overnight Ambassador - Part Time

The Overnight Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of our resort during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle security and housekeeping tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol resort premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Conduct regular inspections of entry points, ensuring they are secure.
Document and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying trash bins.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt repair.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure all public areas meet the resort's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Wage: The hourly wage range for this position is $26 to $32. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels.
Shift: 11pm to 7am 2 days/week, and ideally able to pick up other shifts as needed. Full time availability with other department roles.
