Mô tả công việc
Connect with potential customers, build rapport, and explore opportunities to provide Freight Forwarding/Logistics services in Vietnam and internationally.
Negotiate payment terms with Agents before providing services, and directly contact an actual Shipper/Consignee for booking arrangements.
Take care and strengthen relationships with customers to increase sales volumes as well as the Company's market share.
Develop customer networks and markets according to the company's orientation.
Achieve sales targets and bring profits to the company.
Coordinate with other internal departments to track and assist in solving problems arising in service provision processes.
Report work results and complete other tasks assigned by Sales managers.

Yêu cầu
Be fluent in English and/or Chinese
Graduate from colleges or universities in Sales, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Fresh graduates are acceptable.
Exhibit good working attitudes: supportive mindset, diligence, discipline, and punctuality
Be good at operation management and problem-solving
Have the ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers, and multitask effectively
Have the ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
Possess computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel
Be reliable, honest, and responsible at work
Have a passion for Sales career

Attractive salary and bonus regime: Fixed salary + KPI bonus (will discuss specifically during interview).
Flexible working hours: 8 hours/day, lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.; Closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

13th month salary bonus + business results bonus.
