P2P Operation

IBPM is looking for experienced sourcing and procurement (S&P) professionals to support our new FMCG client. The position will be working from our client office in Ho Chi Minh City, District 1 with our on-site team.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate self-motivation, self-confidence, willingness to take ownership and accountability, flexibility in multi-tasking and working in a collaborative team culture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your P2P management responsibilities will comprise the following:
• PO Management:
― Issue PO to suppliers based on approved PR for all categories including Repairs & Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Office Supplies & Equipment, Facilities Management, Logistics and other indirect spend categories
― Delivery follow up (both Indirect & Direct)
― Quality Issue follow up (both Indirect & Direct)
― Insurance Claim follow up (both Indirect & Direct)
― Vendor Payment Issue Follow-up (Purchase Invoices only)
― Primary/Delivery freight
― Help Desk
• Master Data Management:
― Item master creation and update
― New vendor add
― Vendor master data update
• Catalog Management:
― Update Item unit price
― Active item list maintenance
― Follow up price list and allocation
• Reporting:
― Generate routine reports at pre-defined frequency
― Publish reports to stakeholders
― Run ad-hoc reports
Depending our your skills level and P2P management experience, you will be assigned primary P2P process responsibilities. You will also be assigned back-up responsibilities in case of leaves and workload balancing needs.
