Mô tả công việc
* Purpose:
- Provide written and oral translation between FVH and patients for all matters (admissions, consultations, insurance, etc.)
- Assist patients during visits: registration, guidance to departments, and prescribed tests
* Key Responsibilities:
- Translate/interpret between doctors and patients: symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, admission, insurance, pre-op, discharge, re-consultation, medications, etc.
- Handle phone interpretation duties, including nights and weekends
- Prepare weekly reports of translation and interpreting activities
- Escort patients to correct departments and assist during visits
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications:
- Fluent in Russian (required); English proficiency is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Russian medical interpreting
- Strong organizational skills, customer service sense, and ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment
* Skills:
- Strong network with internal and external organizations
- Experience working with diverse groups
- Effective communication skills to support and influence people
