You will be responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships to expand the company's ecosystem and enhance its brand value.
In this role, you will:
Identify, propose, and develop relationships with partners aligned with the company's growth direction.
Prepare proposals, partnership documents, and participate in pitching to partners.
Serve as the main point of contact throughout the partnership process, ensuring project progress and quality.
Coordinate with internal departments to execute campaigns, events, and co-branded communication activities.
Manage paperwork, contracts, acceptance records, and payment reconciliation.
Monitor, consolidate, and analyze performance data to recommend improvements for partnership activities.
Stay updated on market trends, partnership models, and new collaboration opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in communications/advertising, sponsorship, content production, or KOL/KOC booking.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in research, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience working with TV stations is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Marketing and Economics.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
High discipline, enthusiasm, proactiveness, and willingness to learn.
Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
