1/ Partner Experience
Welcome and support international partners, candidates during company visits, interviews and events.
Coordinate schedules, logistics, and meeting arrangements to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with internal departments to organize partner engagement activities.
2/ Receptionist
Manage office supplies, equipment, and stationery inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle office documentation, filing, invoices, and administrative records.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
Provide administrative support and perform other assigned duties as required
