1. Partner Experience
• Welcome and support international partners, candidates during business meetings, company visits, interviews and events.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and meeting arrangements to ensure a smooth partner experience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with global business partners.
• Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare presentation materials, meeting documents, and follow-up reports.
• Provide interpretation and translation support (English/Chinese) when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to organize partner engagement activities.
2. Receptionist
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and stationery inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle office documentation, filing, invoices, and administrative records.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Provide administrative support and perform other assigned duties as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Languages, or related fields.
• Confident communication in English (mandatory).
• Chinese proficiency (HSK or equivalent is an advantage).
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional appearance with a bright, polished, and well-groomed image.
• Good height and confident presence when representing the company.
• Experience in hospitality, partner relations, customer success,
business development, or event coordination is a plus.
