1. Participate and support the routine meeting (Kick-off meeting, Quarterly business review, Bi-weekly meeting and etc.) with partners to support Huawei's
business development with partners in the ecosystem.
2. Work with the internal team to maintain Huawei channel policy, and keep improving partner satisfaction in terms of process, support, business transaction, efficiency and etc.
3. Responsible for partner authorization, registration process, and related maintenance work of partners' contract and agreement
4. Responsible for partner capability improvement by achieving the team's annual goal or meeting basic requirements in terms of partners' certification and other goals related to ecosystem partners
5. Responsible for the maintenance, localization, and publishing of partner incentive policy, calculating and publishing incentives on a quarterly or regular basis.
6. Responsible for partner-related internal and external process compliance
7. Communicate with Huawei Region and HQ offices and coordinate resources to better facilitate cooperation with local partners.
8. Support some of internal marketing tasks
• Bachelor degree in the fields of Chinese Language, Marketing, Business Administration,
Management, ICT, ...
• Fluent in Chinese/ English
• Knowledge of ICT / partner business in Viet Nam market. Sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation skills, ability to work under high pressure
