Mô tả công việc
Responsible for developing a network of community group leaders on local social e-commerce and group-buying platforms in Vietnam, establishing long-term partnerships, and expanding distribution channels aligned with Solaso's model (social virality + referral-based sales).
Identify and sign contracts with high-potential KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) and community group leaders to achieve monthly channel expansion targets.
Plan channel incentive programs, design commission structures and tiered rebate mechanisms to increase GMV contribution and customer retention on the platform.
Analyze competitor activities in the Vietnamese market, formulate differentiated partnership strategies, and regularly report on channel performance and optimization.
Yêu cầu
Over 3 years of experience in channel expansion in e-commerce/social media within Southeast Asia; strong understanding of key platforms in Vietnam such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Zalo.
Possess a strong local network of group leaders and be capable of quickly building a network of 200+ active and effective leaders.
Highly data-driven with the ability to optimize channel structure based on key metrics such as LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROI (Return on Investment).
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience working with community group-buying platforms (e.g., Masan, Sendo).
Good understanding of religious and cultural sensitivities in Vietnam to avoid marketing risks and navigate sensitive issues effectively.

Working Hours:Monday to Saturday
Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 05:30.
Saturday: from 09:00 to 05:00.
