Roles & Responsibilities
The Partnerships Executive is responsible for exploring and implementing the company's influencer/KOL/KOC-related scope of work across digital and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Zalo, etc.). This role offers a total immersion into a busy influencer/KOL/KOC marketing landscape in a more performance-driven way.
Identify, explore, listing influencers/KOLs/ Communities in different categories (e.g. fashion & beauty, travel, finance, marriage & relationship, health, parenting, etc.). Develop and maintain partnerships and databases.
Brief, develop, and support implementing activities working process with influencers and social partners to ensure output on time with expected quality: give ideas, content orientation, posting schedule for selected channels; provide information & images, supervise video & photo sessions, feedback & browse content.
Evaluate performance to improve program quality and support influencers/KOLs to hit the targets.
Prepare the contracts with clear terms and conditions, follow up with the payment process during and after the campaigns.
Implement Influencer/KOL/Community-related projects.
Track performance and do reports on required basis (e.g. campaign-based, monthly, etc.)
Note: this position's SOW is NOT INCLUDING working & facing with Clients.
Candidate profile

Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Interested in content ideas for influencers/KOLs/ Communities that help to build the brands.
An active Internet user using social networks regularly.
Savvy with current trends. Good understanding of social media landscape, KOLs/ Communities channels.
Operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
Ability to meet project KPI.
High attention to detail, careful, hard-working.
Effectiveness of team collaboration.
Self-starter and creative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to work independently.
Proactively contribute solutions and ideas to the clients' successful launch and business growth.
