Job Summary
ConnectPOS is looking for a Partnership Manager to develop, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that drive revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The role will be responsible for building strong relationships with agency partners, technology partners, payment providers, and ecosystem stakeholders while ensuring successful enablement and long-term collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development
Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential strategic partners.
Develop partnership opportunities with agencies, system integrators, technology providers, payment partners, and ecommerce ecosystem players.
Drive partnership discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
Build and maintain a healthy partnership pipeline.
Partner Enablement & Success
Design and execute partner onboarding and enablement programs.
Ensure partners have sufficient product knowledge, sales materials, and technical resources.
Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Support partners throughout the sales cycle when required.
Revenue & Growth
Develop joint go-to-market plans with key partners.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs and targets.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize partnership outcomes.
Coordinate internal resources to support strategic partner initiatives.
Collect partner feedback and market insights to help improve products and processes.
Reporting & Performance Management
Maintain accurate partnership records and opportunities in CRM.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline, partner activities, and business impact.
Track partnership ROI and recommend optimization initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Partnerships,
Business Development, Channel Sales, Account Management, or related roles.
Experience in SaaS, Ecommerce, Retail Technology, POS, Payments, or Technology industries is preferred.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Experience working with international partners is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
Strong business acumen and growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing agency, technology, or channel partner ecosystems.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, or related ecosystems.
Experience working with payment providers and technology integrations.
