1. Execute Partnership Activities
Implement partnership expansion plans according to the direction and strategy set by the Head of Partnership.
Search, approach and build relationships with potential partners in the fields of retail, banking, tourism, aviation, consumer services, etc.
Support the negotiation process, prepare cooperation documents and coordinate with relevant departments to complete the signing.
2. Manage Existing Partners
Monitor, operate and optimize the effectiveness of ongoing cooperation programs.
Be the focal point for working with partners during the operation process: handling requests, exchanging content, adjusting terms, supporting communication - campaign operations.
Ensure providing good partner services, maintaining stable and long-term relationships.
3. Market Monitoring & Analysis Support
Collect information on the market, competitors, and consumer trends to support the team in proposing development directions.
Synthesize data, prepare reports on the effectiveness of cooperation programs, and propose improvements.
4. Execute Partnership Initiatives
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement co-branded programs, incentives or promotional campaigns.
Monitor implementation progress, control output quality and ensure timelines are met.
Monitor the actual situation and promptly resolve issues to ensure the program runs smoothly.
5. Contract & Financial Coordination.
Review contracts, appendices and cooperation terms.
Coordinate with the Finance department to monitor payments, reconcile invoices, and report revenue and expenses related to partners.
Ensure financial processes are transparent, accurate and timely.
A. Education & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in partnership,
business development, or similar roles, preferably within the airline, travel, or loyalty program industries.
Strong knowledge of loyalty programs, products in the airline, travel, or related industries
Familiarity with product management tools, data analysis, and product development platforms.
Understanding of business development models and strategies for building long-term partnerships.
