Mô tả công việc

Identify potential partner that align with KidZania's mission and values
Develop and maintain relationships with partners
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to the operation of partnership experience facilities (from the opening)
Create partnership reports and monitor performance
Joint marketing planning and execution with partners

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
2+ years of experience in partnership development, account management, affiliate marketing, brand marketing firm or related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Marketing and Sales capabilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for building meaningful and impactful partnerships
English / Korean proficiency at a level suitable for job performance
Familiarity with the entertainment or education industry plus.

Salary: negotiable according to capacity / 13th month salary + year-end bonus according to Company policy
5 working days/week: Mon - Fri with flexible working time (check-in:7:30 - 9:00), 8 hours/day
Annual salary review

The Partnerships team is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that enhance visitor experience at KidZania. The team partners with businesses, organizations, and other entities to provide a diverse range of job experiences for children. Furthermore, the team oversees the design of partner company brand experiences, prepares for the opening of new experience facilities, and collaborates on joint marketing efforts.
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills to join our Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will possess marketing
and sales acumen, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
