We provide in-depth data that enables broadcasters, agencies, and brands to precisely evaluate their media effectiveness through our core services: TAM (Television Audience Measurement), AdEx (Advertising Expenditure Measurement), TGI (Target Group Index), and customized Ad-hoc surveys.
2. Executive Summary:
The Partnership Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and developing long-term collaborative relationships, accompanying clients as a trusted strategic partner based on an in-depth media measurement data platform. This position is responsible for leading the team to execute growth strategies, ensuring sustainable revenue streams, and consolidating the company's market-leading position.
3. Key Responsibilities:
• Planning & Sales: Execute short and medium-term action plans for the department; take full accountability for achieving the assigned annual sales targets (KPIs).
• Partner Management: Expand and nurture the strategic partner portfolio; thoroughly understand market demands to propose improvements or develop new data product packages to maximize commercial value.
• Operations & Coordination: Oversee the delivery process of data reports, collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and committed timelines; propose pricing policies aligned with market trends.
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and conduct periodic performance evaluations for the Partnership team; foster a high-performance work culture within the team.
• Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in Market Research, Sales, or
Business Development; including at least 4 - 5 years in a management/team leader role.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Vietnam; proficiency in analyzing research data is a major advantage.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English.
• Core Competencies: Excellent commercial negotiation skills; strong customer-centric mindset; robust leadership, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
