In charge of implementation and set up of the warranty process and policy for Vietnam:
Training, Process implementation, coaching, monitoring.
Coordination with dealer level for warranty claim processing & reports
Validation of warranty claim at importer level.
Coordination of warranty claims, technical issues with dealer and manufacturer level.
Warranty cost monitoring; reporting creation and warranty business management.
Recall Campaign coordination:
Coordination with Vietnam Register Office (VR / VAQ / MOIT / MRT) for Recall Campaign.
Deployment and follow up at dealer level.
Registration and deployment to customer.
Implementation of company recall process.
Parts admin
Support on checking all necessary customs clearance paperwork for import/export.
Cooperate and monitor on Forwarders/Brands in order to ensure the customs clearance of imported shipments smoothly and on time.
Complaints, insurance claims for goods when there is a problem.
Follow up and do stock in - stock out procedures at the warehouse, affix labels on goods.
Support other jobs when required; Perform various tasks assigned by superiors.
Update and track Bulletin - Spare Pars
& Other tasks assigned by Parts Manager & AFS Manager
