JOB PURPOSE: The Accountant is responsible for accurately tracking and recording lending activities, monitoring G&A expenses, and ensuring timely and precise entry into the ERP system. Key duties include verifying expense documentation, controlling costs, supporting VAT tax data collection, and facilitating financial reporting.
I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking and accounting for lending activities
Monitor and account for transactions related to lending activities.
Tracking and processing G&A expenses
Monitor payment requests on the base system for all G&A expenses and compile weekly reports.
Record accurately and timely all incurred expenses into the ERP system, ensuring compliance with expense regulations.
Verification and control of expenses
Verify the validity of documents for each expense item.
Control costs within the scope of work.
Maintain comprehensive records of expenses.
Support for VAT tax data collection
Assist in collecting data for VAT tax filing.
Financial reporting
Understand and prepare financial reports as required.
Other duties as assigned by management
