Mô tả công việc

- Receive invoices and supporting documents from related department, record into Styline system, print out vouchers for keeping.
- Checking all payment requests from other departments, get approval from superiors
- Follow up payment term of suppliers and send the payment requests to payment accountant to pay.
- Checking and monitor all expenses from purchasing, GA, and others
- Follow up and book to SL the cost of imported taxes according to each customs declaration
- Follow up on payments or receipts that Veco has made on behalf
- Responsible for payment plan, AP report
- Other tasks will be assigned from superior

Yêu cầu

- Graduated from College or University with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Banking
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Working independently and willing to learn, agile, enthusiastic, dynamic, honest, responsible for work
