What you will do:
Screen and verify invoices received from suppliers for the payment process.
Communicate with suppliers or other departments to solve any issues regarding payment.
Process transactions in Salesforce system.
Process payments on Banking systems.
Process transactions in accounting software within area of invoices & reconciliations.
Analyze any transaction issues.
Provide support for ad hoc analysis as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with other teams in organization.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
