Title: SPW - Service Provider Worker
Working place: Central Point Tower building - 106 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan, HCM
Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Handle payment transactions and MI / transaction / statistical reports in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Manage transaction data, including data logic/rules, processing, and quality control.
Ensure transactions and reports are delivered accurately and on time.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and other teams to resolve transaction/reporting issues and escalate when necessary.
Follow AML, sanctions, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements, and promptly escalate suspicious transactions.
Identify and manage operational risks within the process.
Requirements
University graduate in Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong work ethic, resilience, and attention to deadlines.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, adapt to changes, and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of querying languages is a plus.
Experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and Reporting Automation is preferred.

Gross salary : 7,150,000 VNĐ/month
Contract term: 12 months sign contract with Talentnet
13th month salary
Full SHUI and 100% salary during probation
