1. Partner with Human Resource Director and key levels of managemet to ensure a successful implementation of people development programs aligning with corporate vision. 2. Oversee functions of soft skills trainings, functional trainings, organizational performance management and ensure respective requirements are meet. 3. Design, develop and deliver development/training programs and job aids to support business and HR strategies. 4. Work partnership with external vendors and institution for the development and offering of quality programs. 5. Work with management and relevant employees for the implementation of programs on learning and development, organizational and talent management, succession planning, culture management, performance management and leadership. 6. Oversee and anticipate the use of technological advancement to upgrade and maximize learning opportunities with employees. 7. Provide support from leaders position and above in developing individual development plans. 8. Manage designated task, generate reports and make recommendations for improvements.
Yêu cầu
1. Education Graduated from a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of HRM or related fields Working Experience At least 6-10 years of experience in Human Resource Development 2. Other Requirement Experience in manufacturing with labor intensive organization will be a definite advantage.
