People Operations Lead

Public market deals transact in milliseconds, but private market transactions can take weeks or months to close. Legal and commercial negotiation of agreements, messy communication, cumbersome closing processes, and human errors complicates the execution of private deals.

Anduin helps investors, fund managers, lawyers & companies facilitate these processes with workflow tools to reduce the time and effort it takes to close different types of private market transactions.

We're looking for a People Operations Lead who is excited to support our company to unleash maximum impact through our people. The right person will take care to understand what makes Anduin unique and thoughtfully translate our mission and values into a People Operations strategy tailored to our international operating reality. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of human resource standards and best practices, combined with a willingness to challenge conventional human resource thinking in the service of finding the best solutions. Someone who will care deeply for our people, advocate for their interests, and help them grow with Anduin.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy

• Work with executive leadership and Director of People Operations to develop a people strategy for the company

• Create accessible policies and procedures that are up-to-date, in line with local law, and that build and improve the company culture

• Build thoughtful people systems (e.g. compensation and benefits) that are rooted in local law and context but are systematic and equitable across the company

• Work with the operations team in the US to iterate on team-wide communication and workflows

Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and development

• Monitor full-cycle hiring processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews to preparing the offer

• Partner with hiring managers to build thoughtful and tailored onboarding plans and conduct initial goal-setting

• Provide strategic direction and contribute to planning for employee and team professional development, career development, and succession planning

• Employee engagement survey administration, implementation, and reporting

• Design and roll-out the performance management

Administration and compliance

• Supervise and oversee the entirely of office functions (e.g. inventory, budgeting, monitoring expenses, and more)

• Administer a full suite of benefits for Anduin employees in Vietnam

• Work with teams to ensure compliance in operating programs

Management and culture

• Partner with leaders to develop Anduin culture and practices

• Serve as the primary point of contact to intake of the employees' questions, complaints, issues, and concerns

• Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks
