Performance Management (KPI )

Main purpose:
We are seeking Senior Performance Management Specialist (KPI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will responsible for play a key role in develop, promulgate, implement and manage the frameworks, policies, regulations and guidelines on Performance Management to support VPB FC to achieve business goals through improving the people and organizational effectiveness
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and update the framework, tools and guidelines on employees' performance management;
• Coordinate, provide consultation on the processes of setting, evaluating and reviewing performance objectives/ indicators;
• Coordinate to clarify, standardize performance objectives, indicators (KPI dictionary);
• Cooperate with relevant business units to build up, administer and update Online Performance Management System;
• Manage performance management data; formulate relevant analytics and reports;
• Other tasked assigned by line manager
