Mô tả công việc

Providing administrative support to the manager, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, calls, messages and correspondence
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring that they are greeted in a professional and friendly manner, and directing them to the appropriate person as needed.
Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring that all information is kept secure and protected from unauthorized access.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed, working with the Manager to ensure that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
Closely coordinate with departments to support work and grasp work progress, handle assigned executive tasks within capacity and as required.
Receive and effectively implement instructions from the Manager and the Company Partners.
Provide general administrative support to salon staff, including managing inventory and ordering supplies
Preserve machines, equipment, and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
Escalate customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Complete any other duties related to customer service assigned by the Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Age between 20 and 30 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Languages: Fluent level of both spoken & written English; Speaking & writing Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.
Proactive in work, able to work independently.
Work well under pressure.
No family chores.
Dynamic, diligent, careful, honest.
Have good organizational skills, teamwork and multitasking ability.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize, problem-solve.
Long-term commitment, high responsibility in work, good communication and mature mindset.

Salary: 8,000,000VND - 13,000,000VND depending on skills, experience and results.
