Mô tả công việc

The ideal candidate will be responsible for various activities assisting this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Perform English and Vietnamese Translation for Surveillance Document that requires translation
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Manage and maintain executives' schedules
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
Arrange meetings, business trips, and appointment schedules for senior management
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
Planning events

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 2 years of solid experience in administration
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
Ability to travel
