Interpretation Services:
Interpret verbal communication between Chinese and Vietnamese during meetings, negotiations, and customer interactions.
Ensure accurate and timely interpretation, conveying the intended meaning and tone.
Adapt to different speaking styles and accents.
Sales Administration:
Provide administrative support to the BOD and sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain customer records, track sales orders, and manage customer inquiries.
Coordinate with warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Data Entry and Management:
Enter and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant information into the company's CRM and Ding system.
Generate reports and analyze sales data, collect sales weekly and quarterly reports
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD team
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience (priority in Networking, CCTV, smart home devices industry)
Good at data analysis & reports
Active, patient and eager to learn more
Willing to take on challenging assignments
Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese
Proven experience in interpreting.
Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Access is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
