Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
7+ years' experience in marketing, communications or public relations
3+ years' experience in a management role
Industry knowledge - Food Service, QSR, Casual Dining, Consumer Retail, and/or Hospitality Industries
Proven track records of success in senior marketing roles and in creating marketing campaigns
Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Experience in franchisee management having knowledge of new product development, performance management, budgeting & Financial concepts
Knowledge of:
Financial Statements, Marketing ROI
Customer Segmentation, Acquisition, and Growth
Consumer Insights & Data Analytics
Loyalty Program Development

Strong marketing strategist, able to translate ideas into successful implementation plans
