JOB DESCRIPTION
Retail Banking Business Planning and Performance Management
Develop, organize, implement, and monitor the implementation of retail banking business plans at the Branch.
Ensure achievement of all business targets and KPIs for the Branch's Retail Banking Line, covering both Relationship Managers (RMs) and Universal Bankers (UBs).
Set business objectives, develop action plans, and take accountability for the Branch's retail banking business results.
2. Sales Management and Execution
Organize and supervise the implementation of sales activities, sales campaigns, and sales promotion policies.
At branches without a dedicated UB manager, directly lead and manage the UB sales force.
3. Existing and Prospective Customer Portfolio Management
Organize the analysis and assessment of existing and prospective retail customer segments within the assigned territory; evaluate market potential and identify local business opportunities.
Coordinate with Head Office departments to develop and effectively implement sales policies.
Establish relationships, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to acquire new customers for the Branch.
4. Workforce Productivity and Staffing Management
Manage workforce productivity and staffing allocation for the Branch's Retail Banking RMs and UBs.
5. Credit Quality Management
Manage and monitor problem loan status and oversee the handling of loans requiring enhanced management at the Branch.
6. Business Risk Management and Product Portfolio Performance
Analyze and identify risks by product, industry, and customer segment within the Branch and its assigned territory to develop effective business solutions and strategic directions.
Manage product portfolio performance to minimize risks and maximize profitability.
7. Retail Customer Relationship Management
Organize and implement retail customer care programs in line with business priorities for each period, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
8. Customer Service Quality Management
Manage customer service quality and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of retail banking services at the Branch.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in retail banking, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role at the Department/Division/Center Head level or equivalent.
Strong understanding of the financial services, monetary, and banking markets and business operations in the assigned territory. Candidates with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City market, particularly District 7 - Phu My Hung, are preferred.
TOEIC score of 500 or above, or an equivalent foreign language proficiency certificate
