- Following and management KPI's indexs to ensure meet target. Management action/plan to ensure action have implement meet plan by combine with related department
- Do adjustment and take corrective action in time when KPI's indexs is not meet target or action not meet schedule
- Have preventive action when quality is liable have problem
- Combine with QA how to control quality in the best
- Follow and evaluate effective of corrective action to ensure no claim
- Have duty to push NPY activities to keep development
