*** Your responsibility:
Responsible for the development and implementation of goals, policies, procedures, and training with objectives of providing efficient collection of unsecured loans; consultation to collector and negotiation with customers for debt restructuring and monitoring; consultation to collector and negotiation with customers for debt restructuring and monitoring
*** Job description:
• Set the plan for responsible job and ensure achievement vs. Goals.
• Negotiate and give advice in collection of complicated consumer credits.
• Track and evaluate the team performance in collection of assigned consumer credit portfolio.
• Supervise operation and give advice to temporary staff on collection/recovery of consumer credits.
• Prepare reports related to collection of consumer credits.
• Manage within the approved budget.
• Solve problems within scope of responsibility, including help subordinates solve problems.
• Ensure that the work is complied with the set standard and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisor in setting individual performance measures of subordinates to be aligned with the Department goals.
• Coach and motivate subordinates.
• Improve process within scope of responsibility to meet customer needs.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
