We Are Hiring: PLANNING ENGINEER
Job Description:
- Perform quantity calculation work from drawings and prepare detailed quantity statements, including an itemized list.
- Manage the planning and coordination of design and construction stages for the project.
- Coordinate variation order works with the design team and construction team during the construction period.
- Liaise with the client on procedures related to permit approvals and design changes.
- Understand and interpret the payment terms and conditions outlined in the project's contract.
- Draft and review contracts related to construction, procurement, and other commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with engineers and relevant departments to manage payments to consultants and investors effectively.
- Verify subcontractors' payment records with the construction team, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
- Check the quantities and unit prices payable to subcontractors in accordance with the project's approved budget.
- Compile and monitor subcontractor payments with the construction team and ensure alignment with project payments from the client.
- Provide support and coordinate with departments to resolve issues related to construction cost management and other tasks assigned by the construction and planning director.
