1. Calculate production capacity for the factory.
2. Develop detailed production plans for each production stage.
3. Update and adjust production plans as necessary.
4. Check and propose the necessary personnel, equipment, and machinery for the
production process.
5. Monitor and supervise production progress.
6. Evaluate production efficiency (by production stage and the entire factory).
7. Understand material consumption standards, monitor inventory, and place orders
for raw materials to ensure continuous production and minimal inventory.
8. Control delivered goods to ensure orders match delivery quantities and schedules.
9. Gather
purchasing documents for payment.
10. Perform other tasks as required.
1. College degree or higher in Economics, Production Engineering, or Industrial
Engineering.
2. Knowledge of production processes and warehouse management.
3. Skills in developing detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on
orders and the factory's actual capacity.
4. Good spoken and written English.
5. At least 2 years of experience in production planning, purchasing, and working with
SAP, MRP, or other software.
6. Communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork skills.
