Key objectives
- Support in managing the financial planning and forecasting process, strategic planning and delivering insights through management reporting and analysis to meet the needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Coordinate and prepare the strategic and financial plans and forecasts in accordance with global and regional guidelines
2. Monthly Reporting & Forecasting:
- Lead Month-end and year-end closing process. Coordinate with other Finance functions and Finance shared service team to ensure smooth closing with high quality of booking and reporting. Define risk and improvement areas to fasten and simplify closing process.
- Deliver accurate and robust financial statements, adhering to Global Finance Instructions. Additionally, analyze performance against the budget and offer recommendations.
- Provide timely and insightful analysis, considering potential risks and opportunities, to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Ensure relevant management reporting, adapting it as needed to align with business requirements.
3. Cost management
- Review and take action to ensure healthy working capital
- Analyze cost variances to budget and communicate findings to functional managers to ensure accuracy, highlight potential issues to prevent cost overruns
- Continuously identify and implement programs for optimizing SG&A cost
4. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
