1 Create long-term and annual strategies aligned with company goals / Xây dựng chiến lược dài hạn và hàng năm phù hợp mục tiêu công ty. (20%)
2 Direct and review department plans and process, ensure effectiveness, accuracy and feasibility / Chỉ đạo và rà soát kế hoạch, quy trình các phòng ban, đảm bảo hiệu quả, chính xác và khả thi. (10%)
3 Prepare, approve, and monitor budgets across functions / Lập, phê duyệt và giám sát ngân sách cho các bộ phận.(10%)
4 Track KPIs and targets, provide reports to leadership / Theo dõi KPI, chỉ tiêu và báo cáo cho ban lãnh đạo. (10%)
5 Develop and oversee procurement plans; manage supplier selection,
