Mô tả công việc

· Support the production and engineering needs through the set-up and operation of the extrusion equipment and processes
· Ownership of extrusion machine parameters to ensure the process and product quality.
· Specify, select, and coordinate installation of automation and other auxiliary equipment.
· Train manufacturing personnel such as operators, technicians, and supervisors.
· Provide technical support for repair and maintenance of all extrusion equipment.
· Define pre and post extrusion processes to optimize efficiencies, yields and productivity
· Develop, troubleshoot and optimize extrusion processes.
· Drive DFM and technical reviews to ensure the design of tooling meet Customer requirement.
· Work with production to transfer the engineering point from product knowledge, work instruction, sample to Production.
· Coordinate with the Production Managers to align product and machine capacity and ensure project timelines are met.
· Assist in production problem solving.

Yêu cầu

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with all levels of the organization.
• 10+ years of related experience and knowledge in plastic extrusion, plastic injection, assembly line.
• Knowledge of Screw Extrusion machine with PCV, PP, PE profile.
• Knowledge about 2nd processes such as punching, ultrasonic welding, printing, spaying.
• Lean manufacturing orientated
• Able to understand and document a process accurately
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects
• Team environment and independent working experience
• Hands-on-style
• Collaborative, proactive attitude.
• AutoCAD, Solid Work knowledge as well as general software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bsc in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer engineering or any related.
