- Job description of PM job
1. According to customer requirements, integrate internal resources, provide project analysis and evaluation
2. Control the project node and set the task goal according to the project node
3. Responsible for leading the project meeting discussion, and preparing topics and documents before the meeting
4. Responsible for initiating the phased/summary discussion of the project and coming up with the improvement plan
5. Responsible for the handling of emergencies and emergencies
