PO - Product Owner

A. Job Summary
At Citics, a Product Lead owns a product domain end-to-end-from understanding the problem to delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Working closely with the Product Manager, Engineering, Design, and Business teams, you'll shape product direction, drive execution, and continuously improve your product based on customer needs, operational insights, and business impact.
This role is for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, making thoughtful product decisions, and taking ownership beyond feature delivery.
B. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
● Own the roadmap and priorities of an assigned product domain.
● Make product decisions that balance customer value, business impact, and technical sustainability.
● Ensure product direction aligns with the company's strategy and platform vision.
Product Discovery
● Understand customer needs, business challenges, and operational workflows.
● Validate problems before proposing solutions.
● Define product scope, priorities, and success metrics.
Product Execution
● Drive product delivery from discovery through release.
● Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
● Remove ambiguity, make timely product decisions, and keep execution moving.
Product Improvement
● Monitor product performance after launch.
● Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to improve the product continuously.
● Drive measurable improvements in adoption, usability, and business outcomes.
C. Requirements
1. Must-Have
● 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
● Experience owning products from discovery through delivery.
● Strong product thinking and systems thinking.
● Excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile environments.
● Proficiency with AI tools to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, and execution.
2. Nice to have
● Experience in PropTech, FinTech, Banking, Marketplace, or SaaS.
● Experience building workflow-intensive products.
● Experience using data to drive product decisions.
