Responsibilities
Understand the market, competition, customer behavior, and user needs to identify product opportunities.
Work with stakeholders to define clear business and product requirements for different user segments.
Collaborate with Product Managers and management to translate product direction into actionable roadmaps and priorities.
Work closely with BI/Data teams to generate insights and support business and product decisions.
Focus on user experience (UX) and continuously improve products based on data, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
Coordinate priorities and dependencies within the Product team, while collaborating closely with Engineering and other relevant teams to ensure effective delivery.
Guide and support Product team members, and participate in recruitment and team development as the team grows.

Yêu cầu
3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Software/Product Producer, or other relevant product-related roles.
Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools.
Good documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of business models, customer journeys, and product funnels.
Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to work with raw data, reports, dashboards, and funnels to generate meaningful insights.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions.
Good understanding of user experience and a strong sense of product design.
Passion for digital entertainment, mobile payments, digital products, fintech, games, livestreaming, or other technology-driven consumer services.
Understanding of digital payment flows, transaction-based products, platform/distribution models, or partner integration is a strong advantage.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in guiding, coaching, or coordinating Product team members is preferred.
