A Day in the Life
You ensure customer orders flow seamlessly from placement to dispatch, keeping service levels above 98% in an agile supply chain environment. Reporting to the Customer Care & Order Management Manager, you are the operational link connecting commercial teams, warehouses, and transport partners across our Industry 4.0 fulfilment network.
Oversee daily end-to-end EDI and automated order processing in SAP, resolving blocks to sustain an 85%+ touchless order rate.
Execute stock allocation and substitution rules, partnering with Supply Planning and distribution teams to safeguard product availability.
Investigate order discrepancies and drop-service rates, leading root-cause analyses alongside logistics teams and warehouse partners.
Collaborate across 7 Operations métiers to reconcile daily order volumes, inventory status, and delivery schedules against operational targets.
Build automated tracking tools and dashboards using Power BI and SQL to deliver daily order and service-rate performance reporting.
We Are Looking For
You bring analytical precision, a collaborative approach, and the composure needed to handle daily cut-off deadlines. You bring:
Supply Chain Expertise: Operational experience in order management, customer logistics, or inventory allocation within an integrated supply chain.
Systems & Automation Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with SAP (SD module) and data tools such as Power BI, SQL, or VBA for reporting.
Root Cause Problem Solving: Proven capability to dissect supply discrepancies, track service metrics, and drive practical resolutions.
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to align commercial sales teams, credit control, warehouse staff, and external transport partners.
Operational Rigour: High attention to detail and personal accountability to deliver on tight daily turnaround times.
