RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operational Responsibilities:
• Implement the company's strategic plans within the designated area
and region under the branch's purview, focusing on managing the
distribution network and market expansion.
• Develop and set KPI targets for the subordinate ASM team in alignment
with the directives from company leadership.
• Oversee the sales team to ensure they meet KPI targets (including sales,
coverage, product presence, and brand image) and achieve assigned
objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan warehousing and KPIs that
support sales goals in the branch's designated region, managing the
distribution system and market development.
• Design and implement programs to achieve market share objectives and
sales targets.
- Facilitate the dissemination, implementation, monitoring, and
evaluation of sales programs and policies for branch staff, ensuring
proper communication with customers.
- Develop plans for market research, and periodic business
assessments (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually).
- Create systems for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating business-
related information, including measures for evaluating and
monitoring work effectiveness.
• Direct the preparation of statistical reports and data analysis related to
the branch's business operations.
• Organize and compile regular and ad hoc reports on the branch's
operational status as required (including sales, market conditions, and
program reports).
• Propose adjustments to operational costs as necessary, based on
approved strategies, goals, and plans, to meet sales, growth, and
market share targets.
- Conduct research on consumer needs, competitor activities, and
identify untapped market opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets and operational costs for sales support
(monthly, quarterly, annually) across different distribution channels,
markets, and brands.
- Direct market research and propose modifications to product labels,
packaging, and promotional materials to align with consumer
preferences and enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee and organize product sales activities.
- Set strategic directions for distribution and channel systems.
- Represent the company in negotiations with major distributors and
agents.
- Implement trade promotion programs and ensure compliance with
regulations.
• Manage trade promotions.
- Coordinate the development of effective and relevant trade
programs.
- Monitor and assess the execution of sales policies and trade support
programs for each distribution channel, evaluating their
effectiveness.
- Direct the completion of documentation and procedures for trade
support program settlements.
- Organize customer conferences and product introduction events.
• Propose sales support programs and policies (including content and
budget) and participate in reviewing policy proposals with company
leadership and the business unit.
• Develop and allocate production targets and expense plans for the
branch; submit proposals to the company.
• Manage the receipt and resolution of non-compliant products sent to the
company.
• Supervise inventory management activities, including the handling,
storage, and transfer of goods/bottles/cases, and oversee warehouse
stock across the branch.
• Organize inventory checks and report on transportation, handling, and
stock levels at the warehouse to the company.
• Implement procedures for settling promotional and sales support
payments to distributors/agents.
2. Financial Management:
• Achieve established KPI targets.
• Be accountable for the branch's business performance (including
revenue, profit, and employee performance metrics).
• Monitor and oversee expenses related to branch operations.
• Manage the collection of receivables from customers/partners in a timely
manner.
• Develop and control production and expense plans for the branch.
• Monitor and manage sales-related expenses within the branch.
• Approve procurement and payment procedures, maintain accounting
records and documents, and oversee related business activities.
3. Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, including
distributors/agents and local partners.
• Identify potential customers and execute distribution and sales
strategies in the assigned market.
• Enhance market share and brand visibility at sales points.
• Work with the business unit to establish evaluation criteria for selecting
distributors and propose a list based on company standards.
• Manage the implementation and oversight of customer contracts with
the company (including contracts, appendices, authorizations,
commitments, terminations, etc.).
• Approve development and maintenance plans for sales points, agents,
and oversee distributor compliance with company policies. Foster strong
customer relationships with the branch.
• Inspect, supervise, and address distributor violations regarding sales
areas and pricing as per authority.
• Address and resolve feedback, queries, and complaints from
distributors/agents within the scope of authority.
4. People management:
• Promote and embody the company's culture, ensuring team cohesion
among
sales staff.
• Develop the sales team's skills to meet the company's long-term
objectives in the assigned area. Provide internal training for branch sales
personnel.
• Attract, recruit, and provide training on management principles and
career development for branch staff.
• Propose organizational structures, staffing levels, recruitment, training,
rewards, discipline, and team culture initiatives.
• Assign tasks, supervise, evaluate, and manage performance and quality
for all branch employees.
• Oversee branch administration, including leave approvals, branch
expenses, administrative transactions, asset management, and
document storage. Propose performance evaluation criteria and submit
to the company; manage work performance for branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies and
maintain internal rules and procedures.
5. Other duties:
• Participate in initiatives to improve branch work quality.
- Conduct research and propose solutions to enhance business
effectiveness.
- Review and address issues encountered during branch operations,
proposing corrective and preventive measures.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and
preventive measures within the branch.
• Contribute to the development of branch and company regulations
following proper procedures and authority.
• Maintain and manage the branch's ISO system as per assigned
responsibilities.
• Propose updates and adjustments to documents to enhance productivity
and quality based on real conditions.
• Advise leadership on distribution models, management processes,
recruitment procedures, internal regulations, and sales policies to
improve operations.
• Provide advice on statistical summaries and coordination.
• Ensure timely dissemination of state regulations related to specialized
fields.
• Review and recommend suppliers for goods and services supporting
branch activities or directly handle procurement as authorized by the
company.
• Organize procurement, acceptance, payment, and monitoring of goods
and services for branch activities as authorized.
• Manage internal and external relations with local authorities.
• Proactively advise superiors on relevant issues.
• Oversee the storage and protection of documents, and manage
machinery, equipment, and data protection.
• Submit periodic and ad hoc reports as required by superiors.
• Approve procedures for hiring occupational safety and health services
and security providers.
• Develop regulations, processes, standards, and policies for the branch's
specialized field.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Adhere to company and branch internal rules, regulations, and working
processes.
