OVERALL:
The PR &
Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations and digital marketing campaigns to enhance the brand's presence and reputation. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create cohesive and compelling brand messaging across all digital platforms and media outlets.
DIGITAL (70%)
Formulate and execute integrated digital strategies including, but not limited to, websites, SEO/SEM, email, social media, direct marketing and display advertising tools, to propel online traffic, engagement, and conversions across all brands and Ecommerce channel
Develop a clear content strategy relevant to each digital channel & targeted audience
Supervise and optimize the digital performance execution across all digital channels for all brands to meet commercial KPIs and drive sales
Explore innovative digital marketing opportunities, and develop new channels to effectively reach target audiences.
Lead the development of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other Martech tools to elevate customer experiences and steer personalized marketing strategies.
Monitor marketing spending on digital channels, as well as measure and report ROI of all digital marketing campaigns
PUBLIC RELATIONS (30%)
Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company's brand objectives and target audience.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, press conferences, and other PR events.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing regular reports and insights on PR performance
