Job Overview
The PR Executive will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining brand awareness. This role involves developing and managing the FoM (Friends of MUJI) brand enthusiast community program and supporting media-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a creative approach to storytelling that aligns with our brand values. The position reports to the PR and Social Impact lead.
Key Responsibilities
1. FoM Program Management (-70%)
• Relationship Building: Identify and connect with individuals who are passionate about the brand and share its values. Regularly engage with the FoM community to understand their insights, needs, and preferences, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Create and implement FoM marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Sales, E-commerce) to ensure smooth campaign execution. Track and analyze campaign performance.
• Post-Campaign Engagement: Ensure FoM members are supported and satisfied after collaborations, addressing any feedback or concerns. Identify opportunities for future partnerships.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork and product deliveries related to FoM collaborations. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date FoM database and campaign records.
2. Media and Marketing Support (-30%)
• Media Coordination: Assist in coordinating and booking press media through media agencies to ensure optimal brand exposure.
• Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on media performance, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• General Support: Handle additional tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
