PR Manager (Open for Director level)

Brancher.X Vietnam (formerly Havas Vietnam - one of the fastest-growing media agencies) is looking for a dynamic and experienced to lead strategic public relations efforts for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, including creative, digital, and media teams, to deliver integrated PR campaigns. Your expertise in media relations, crisis management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and client servicing will be essential in driving successful PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. PR Strategy & Media Relations
• Develop and execute PR strategies that align with client business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
• Identify PR opportunities and ensure innovation in PR activities and formats.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, thought leadership articles, media briefings, and interviews.
• Manage PR crisis communication strategies and provide counsel on reputation management.
• Lead the development of CSR communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Manage influencer and KOL collaborations, from selection to execution and performance reporting.
2. Client Service & Account Management
• Act as the primary PR contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering strategic solutions.
• Lead client presentations, campaign proposals, and post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and media teams to deliver integrated PR solutions.
• Identify new opportunities for PR growth and innovative campaign executions.
3. Team Leadership & Operations
• Manage and mentor junior PR team members, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
• Ensure client communications are of top quality and align with PR best practices.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
